Lady of Death

This is my drawing of the goddess of death which is like the grim-reaper . I chose to do her holding a wish flower because wish flowers are just dead dandelions. To start my drawing I did a quick drawing on a peace of white paper. After I was happy with what I draw, I then tuck a 15cm by 15cm peace of paper and placed it on top of the drawing.The reason I did this was so I could trays my drawing of to the other paper. I had to use a light box so i could see the drawing throw the page. After doing this i added details in to the flower and skin by added lines and dots. The reason I did dots for was because I love to shade in this way to me it adds more of my own style to the drawings

The equipment that I used where:

  • A black fine liner 

  • light boxes

  • 15cm by 15cm paper

  • white paper

  • A b4 pencil

  • A eraser

I would of loved to make other peaces like this as this is more my style when it comes to drawing and making artwork. I wouldn't change anything about this peace but I would of love to add more colours. I would of loved to do more work like this in the future

Sun Goddess

They's are my drawings off a Sun Goddess in differed styles and with the sun in different places and in different shapes. How I did these where by adding water colours to a small peaces of paper and letting them dry. Whiles they where drying I started to draw a pitcher of a sun goddess on a plain peace off paper. After I drawing a ruff outline of the sun goddess I then began to colour her in with brown, black and yellow marker pens. after I done this i places my drawing on to the light boxes and placed the water colour peaces of paper on top to trays the drawing on to the water coloured paper. I then coloured them in and made each one different as I thought this would look better but I end up disliking them as they where to plain and boring.

  • yellow, brown and black marker pen

  • light boxes

  • 5cm by 5cm paper x5

  • white paper

  • A b4 pencil

  • A eraser 

  • scissors

  • ruler

  • red, purple, green, and blue water colour paints

I don't really Like these peaces as they are two small and I would of loved of done them bigger so the detail wasn't lost. I also hate the way the water colours make the page look bumpy and nasty.

Goddess of Love

This is a drawing of a love goddess, I tried to make her look beautiful, colourful ans strange as all true love it beautiful and strange at first. I had the draw a ruff outline of what i think a love goddess looks like. After I was happy with it I starter to add the skin tones. The reason I chose to do gray skin was because I feel like true love is only seen in fairy tails and old movie, so I thought i would make her skin look like a black and white movie. Then after doing the skin I thought I would add in some bright colours and to do this I added red and blue hair. The reason I chose to do red and blue hair is because all love is hot and cold sometimes. Next I added pink lips to show of the lust in love.

I dislike this peace as the face is to long but other then that I am happy with how this turned out.
